Venetian blinds - stuck runner

How to fix?

1. Find a stuck runner.
2. Grab it between your thumb and index finger.
3. Rotate left and right until you hear a *CLICK*.
4. Pull the cord to fully rotate venetian blinds and then pull more past the normal stop.
5. Repeat this step in other direction and pull past normal stop.
6. All runners have been realigned.
