KAIZEN Project – Small Steps, Big Changes
Since 2024, we’ve been running our internal KAIZEN program, which gives our employees real influence over the company’s development. It’s an initiative where every team member can submit their own idea to improve a product, a process, or the daily functioning of the company.
The submitted proposals are regularly reviewed – each department analyzes the ideas, selects the most valuable ones, and implements improvements based on them. As a result, the work of our teams quickly translates into tangible changes that boost our efficiency and quality.
Authors of the best solutions receive awards – both material ones and recognition that brings satisfaction from making a real impact on Akant’s direction. What’s more, many of these initiatives have already been implemented and now form the foundation of our efficiency.
